Not much of a workout!

bench press : 3 sets of 95lbs (2 sets of 5 reps each, 3rd set was 8 reps)

1 set of 50 crunches

1 set of 20 push-ups

Weighed in at 140lbs, 15.3% of fat, 65% water weight & 46% muscle mass.
